Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your trade account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original brand packaging, ensuring all garment tags, accessories, and the completed return form are included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a business collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
